Prescriptions are prepared and dispensed by a licensed US pharmacy only after a licensed provider approves your treatment. This page explains how those orders ship.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Availability can vary by state; see Where we ship.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all plans. There is no shipping charge on refills.
Handling time
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of provider approval. No order ships before a provider has approved it and the pharmacy has filled the prescription.
Transit time
Once shipped, orders travel by 2-day shipping.
Packaging
Orders ship in discreet packaging. Medications that need it, such as sermorelin, ship in temperature-controlled packaging.
Returns and order problems
Dispensed prescriptions cannot be returned. If something is wrong with your order, our Refund Policy explains what we do about it.
