NAD+ nasal spray, NAD+ injection, glutathione nasal spray, glutathione injection, sermorelin, and MIC+B12 can be prescribed online and shipped to your state when a licensed provider approves a prescription.

Services are currently available in every US state, subject to state regulation. Treatment and medication availability may vary depending on provider licensure, state telehealth requirements, and pharmacy dispensing restrictions.

How a prescription gets to you

  1. 01

    Online intake

The process starts with an online medical intake. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your state if that age is higher, and physically located in a US state where services are available, both at intake and at each refill.

  2. 02

    Licensed provider review

Vivo Health LLC operates the website, the intake, and billing. It does not prescribe. A licensed provider with Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC reviews your intake and decides whether a prescription is appropriate. Review is asynchronous by default. Some states require a live video or phone visit before a provider can prescribe, and a provider may request one when it is clinically indicated.

  3. 03

Pharmacy fills and ships, if approved

If a prescription is approved, VialsRX, a licensed US 503A compounding pharmacy, prepares the medication for that individual prescription and ships it to you. Nothing ships without a prescription. If a provider does not approve treatment, no prescription is issued and no medication ships.

  4. 04

    Cancel anytime

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard, or by emailing care@vivoclinic.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, provided we receive it before that period's order is transmitted to the pharmacy. Once an order has been transmitted to the pharmacy, or compounding has begun, it can no longer be canceled or refunded — it is being prepared specifically for you.

  5. 05

    Cash-pay

No insurance is needed, because the program is cash-pay. Vivo does not bill insurance. The service is not health insurance and does not replace coverage you already have.
