About Vivo

Longevity, by design.

Vivo exists so that no one has to choose between doing nothing and trusting the gray market.

The gap we're addressing

Access to compounded medications should begin with an individualized medical evaluation. Vivo Health provides a structured process through which licensed medical providers review a patient's medical history, treatment goals, and clinical appropriateness before determining whether treatment may be prescribed.

How care is delivered

Patients complete an online medical intake that is reviewed by a licensed medical provider. When treatment is prescribed, the prescription is sent to a licensed compounding pharmacy for preparation and dispensing. Treatment eligibility, medication availability, and pharmacy access may vary by patient and state.

Our clinical standards

We do not promise outcomes or provide prescription medications without an appropriate medical evaluation. Treatment information is presented in a clear, factual manner, and prescribing decisions are made by licensed medical providers based on each patient's individual circumstances.

A note from our founder

My parents first heard about NAD+ on a Facebook reel — an influencer, a quick video, a supplement that promised more energy and better aging. The next step was the neighborhood health-food market, and standing in the supplement aisle, the only person available to help decide which capsule, how much, and when was the sales associate stocking that section.

That's not a criticism of the associate. It's a description of a system with a gap exactly where guidance is needed most.

I have public-health training — in Western medicine, preventive care, and health education. We're taught to move people toward action: get the check-up, get the screening, follow the treatment. What rarely enters the conversation is functional medicine — even as people like my parents are already seeking it out on their own.

Raising it with a primary-care provider wasn't simple either. With an HMO, the next appointment was six weeks out — and when it came, thirty minutes went to the chart, the main concerns, and the prevention topic the system had flagged that quarter. There was no room for the actual question.

That's the gap. Not distrust of functional medicine — the opposite. People are already seeking it, already spending on it, already deciding about it, without the clinical support those decisions deserve.

Vivo was built on a simple belief: this kind of care belongs in a clinical framework, not a supplement aisle — and it should be as accessible as a telehealth visit. A short intake. A visit with a prescribing provider. A licensed pharmacy delivering to your door.

Longevity care should be achievable by all. That's what we're building.
