Sermorelin cost online: telehealth prices and what’s included
Published
Prescription sermorelin through Vivo is $135 for the first month, then $149/month, or $113/month with the quarterly plan, billed $339 every 3 months. When you’re choosing where to get sermorelin online, look for a program where a licensed provider reviews your intake, a licensed U.S. pharmacy dispenses the medication, and the price, supplies, shipping and cancellation terms are stated before you pay. Vivo’s price includes provider review, a prescription if appropriate, the compounded medication, injection supplies, temperature-controlled shipping and ongoing care messaging. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
What this page answers (and what it doesn’t)
This page covers what prescription sermorelin costs through telehealth at Vivo, what the price includes, what changes the amount you pay, and how the prescription process works. It identifies what Vivo offers today: Sermorelin, a compounded solution for subcutaneous injection in a 10 mL vial, available only by prescription after licensed provider review.
Sermorelin is not human growth hormone (HGH). Sermorelin is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It is a different medication from HGH and is not supplied, prescribed, or represented as HGH.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drug products. FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality before they are dispensed. This page gives no dosing advice and makes no claims about results. Whether a prescription is appropriate for you is your provider’s decision. It also isn’t a ranking.
What sermorelin through telehealth costs at Vivo
As of November 4, 2026, the Sermorelin page displays first month $135, then $149/month, or $113/month with the quarterly plan, billed $339 every 3 months. Pricing may change, so check /sermorelin. That page, and the disclosure you see at checkout, are the source of truth.
The /sermorelin page lists the following as included in that price:
- Provider review
- Prescription, if appropriate
- Compounded medication
- Injection supplies (syringes and alcohol pads)
- Temperature-controlled shipping. Free discreet 2-day shipping after your prescription is approved and filled.
- Ongoing care messaging
That’s the full list. Don’t assume extras, such as lab testing or coaching, are part of the price.
What affects the price
Four things change what you pay for sermorelin, here or anywhere else:
- Monthly or quarterly plan. The monthly plan bills $149 each month after the first. The quarterly plan is $113/month with the quarterly plan, billed $339 every 3 months. The per-month figure is lower, but the quarterly amount is charged in one payment.
- First month or renewal. The first month is $135. From month two, the monthly plan renews at $149. Compare renewal rate to renewal rate, not one program’s first month to another’s ongoing price.
- Supplies. An injectable prescription needs syringes and alcohol pads. Vivo includes them. Elsewhere, check whether they’re in the price or billed separately.
- Shipping. Vivo’s price includes shipping. Some programs add a shipping or cold-pack fee at checkout, so look for it before you pay.
If a price doesn’t say what it covers, ask before you pay.
How getting a prescription works
- Online intake. You complete a health-history form at vivoclinic.org/start. It takes under 5 minutes, and there’s nothing to schedule.
- Provider review. A licensed provider with Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC reviews your intake, in 30 minutes to 1 hour on average. Times vary, and a review can take longer. Review is asynchronous by default. Some states require a live video or phone visit, and a provider may request one when it’s clinically indicated.
- Prescription, if appropriate. Your provider decides whether sermorelin is appropriate for you. If it isn’t, no prescription is issued, and you aren’t charged for medication. Entering payment information at checkout authorizes your payment method. It doesn’t capture a charge. A charge is captured only after a provider approves the prescription.
- Licensed compounding pharmacy. If prescribed, your medication is prepared and dispensed by VialsRX, a state-licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy, with directions for use written by your provider.
- Shipping and ongoing care. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of provider approval. Free discreet 2-day shipping after your prescription is approved and filled. You can message your care team after delivery.
What to check when comparing providers
Whichever program you choose, check these five things before you pay:
- A licensed provider. A licensed provider should review your health history and decide whether a prescription is appropriate. A site that ships sermorelin without a prescription isn’t a telehealth program.
- A licensed U.S. pharmacy. The dispensing pharmacy should be a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy, named on your prescription label.
- Included supplies. Check whether syringes and alcohol pads come with the medication or cost extra.
- Cancellation terms. Look for any minimum term, early-cancel fee, how renewal works, and when you have to cancel to avoid the next charge.
- Shipping to your state. Confirm the program serves your state, and whether your state requires a live visit before a prescription.
What Vivo’s terms say today
Here’s what our FAQ, Refund Policy, and Terms of Service say:
- No minimum term and no early-cancel fee. You can cancel anytime.
- Auto-renew. Your subscription renews at the price and interval disclosed at checkout until you cancel.
- How to cancel. Cancel from your account dashboard or by emailing care@vivoclinic.org.
- When it takes effect. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, provided we receive it before that period’s order is transmitted to the pharmacy.
- What can’t be canceled. Once an order has been transmitted to the pharmacy, or compounding has begun, it can’t be canceled or refunded. It’s being prepared specifically for you.
- Where we serve. Vivo serves patients in all 50 US states, subject to state regulation. See where we ship.
Is sermorelin covered by insurance? Can I use HSA or FSA?
Vivo is self-pay. We aren’t health insurance, and we don’t bill insurance or federal or state programs for these services.
Vivo checkout accepts HSA and FSA cards. Accepting the card is not the same as eligibility. Whether your plan reimburses this expense is up to your plan administrator, not Vivo. The IRS explains how it treats these expenses in its FAQ on medical expenses related to nutrition, wellness, and general health. Your plan may ask for an itemized receipt or prescription documentation, so keep those records. If you’re unsure, check with your administrator before you pay.
