Published
Prescription GHK-Cu cream at Vivo is $139/month for the 0.5% (5 mg/g) strength or $299/month for the 4% (40 mg/g) strength, each a 30 g monthly supply, or $317 and $699 respectively for a 90 g supply billed every 3 months. You can get it online through Vivo: complete a short intake, a licensed provider decides whether a prescription is appropriate and at which strength, and if prescribed, a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy prepares it and ships it to you. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
Vivo’s GHK-Cu Cream is a prescription compounded topical cream containing GHK-Cu (copper peptide). This guide covers what it costs, what the price includes, and how the prescription works. It doesn’t give directions for use, and it makes no claim about what the cream does.

What’s included in the price
Both strengths, on either plan, include:
- Licensed provider review of your intake
- A prescription, if your provider decides it’s appropriate
- The compounded cream, prepared by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy for your individual prescription
- Free discreet 2-day cold-chain shipping after your prescription is approved and filled
- Ongoing care messaging through your patient account
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of provider approval. Two-day shipping is transit time once your order leaves the pharmacy, not the time from intake to delivery. That’s the full list: don’t assume extras are part of the price.
Self-pay, with HSA and FSA cards accepted
Vivo is self-pay and doesn’t bill insurance. Checkout accepts HSA and FSA cards. Whether your plan reimburses the purchase is up to your plan administrator, not Vivo, so keep your itemized receipt and prescription documentation in case your plan asks.
How the prescription works
- Online intake. Start from the GHK-Cu Cream page. The intake takes under 5 minutes, and there’s nothing to schedule. List your health history and every product and medication you use.
- Provider review. A licensed provider with Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC reviews your intake. Review takes 30 minutes to 1 hour on average; times vary, and it can take longer. Review is asynchronous by default; some states require a live visit, and a video visit may be needed if clinically indicated.
- Prescription, if appropriate. The provider decides whether GHK-Cu Cream is appropriate, and at which strength. Not everyone who completes an intake is prescribed. If you’re not approved, no prescription is issued and nothing ships.
- Pharmacy and shipping. If prescribed, a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy prepares your cream for your individual prescription. Free discreet 2-day cold-chain shipping after your prescription is approved and filled.
- Ongoing care. Message your care team through your patient account. Refills require an active prescription.
Choosing between 0.5% and 4%: your provider decides
The two strengths differ by concentration: 5 mg of GHK-Cu in each gram of cream at 0.5%, and 40 mg at 4%. Your provider decides which strength, if either, is appropriate. Vivo doesn’t claim that either strength produces a particular result, or that a higher concentration is better.
What to check when comparing providers
Whichever program you look at, check five things before you pay:
- A licensed provider. Does a licensed provider review your intake and decide whether a prescription is appropriate?
- A U.S. pharmacy. Is the cream prepared by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy for an individual prescription, and is that pharmacy named on your prescription label?
- Strength listed. Is the concentration stated, for example in mg per gram, with a price for each strength and quantity?
- Shipping. Is shipping included and cold-chain, how long is transit, and when does that clock start?
- Cancellation. Is there a minimum term? How do you cancel, and by when, before the next order goes to the pharmacy?
Compare like with like: the same strength and quantity, a monthly price against a monthly price, and a 90 g price against a 90 g price.
