The process

Three steps. All of them supervised.

No clinic waiting room, no guesswork. A short online visit, a licensed provider's review, and a licensed US pharmacy — that's the whole path.

  1. Complete your visit

You answer a structured medical intake — health history, medications, and goals. It's the same information a provider would gather in an office visit, collected once and reviewed carefully.

    About 10–15 minutes · online · secure

No appointment to schedule. Your answers are transmitted securely and reviewed by a licensed provider, not an algorithm.

  2. Provider review

A licensed provider reviews your intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. If it is, they issue a prescription with an exact dose. If it isn't, they won't — declining is part of real supervision.

Independent licensed provider · async by default

The review is asynchronous by default. Some states require a synchronous visit — a live video or phone consultation — before a provider can prescribe. A video visit may also be required any time the provider decides one is clinically indicated. You can message with questions.

  3. Compounded & delivered

Your prescription is filled by a licensed US 503A compounding pharmacy — a facility regulated by state boards of pharmacy — and shipped directly to your door.

Every refill runs through the same pharmacy and the same prescription. The dose on the label is the dose in the bottle.

And after that

Supervision doesn't end at the first shipment. Your provider remains your point of accountability — you can reach out with questions, report how you're doing, and your protocol is reviewed on an ongoing basis.
