Physician review
A licensed physician reviews your intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you. If it is, they issue a prescription with an exact dose. If it isn't, they won't — declining is part of real supervision.

The review is asynchronous — no video call unless the physician decides one is clinically indicated. You can message with questions.
Compounded & delivered
Your prescription is filled by a licensed US 503A compounding pharmacy — a facility regulated by state boards of pharmacy — and shipped directly to your door.

And after that
Supervision doesn't end at the first shipment. Your physician remains your point of accountability — you can reach out with questions, report how you're doing, and your protocol is reviewed on an ongoing basis.
